P09-09 Hybrid work and temporal patterns of sedentary behavior in a 24-hour compositional perspective

Abstract Background During the COVID-19 pandemic, many white-collar workers were requested to exclusively work from home (WFH), which may have affected their sedentary behavior. In Sweden, having less severe restrictions than other countries, allowed alternate between WFH and at office (WAO), so called hybrid work. Understanding how influences total behavior its temporal distribution is an important issue for future health promotion. This study aimed investigate what extent changed pattern of during days compared WAO, considering age gender as potential moderators. Methods Data collected May December 2020 in (n = 199). Their mean was 42 (SD 10) years 55% women. Physical behaviors measured using a thigh-worn accelerometer (AxivityAX3) seven consecutive days. A diary identified working hours, time-in-bed or WAO.
